The room accommodates an important collection of oil cruets from the period dating from the end of the 18th century up until the beginning of the 20th century. They come from various regions of Europe but also from North Africa and India. The silver and crystal oil cruets are the ones with the most artistic value, but there are also valuable examples in pottery and porcelain. The silver ones generally have a base resting on four legs and a long central handle terminating with a circular handle to manage the object.
On both sides of the handle there are the baskets, widely perforated, destined to house the oil and vinegar cruets. Often there are also circular supports used to house the bottle stoppers. In this room you can admire an antique collection of prints depicting images of olive groves in Garda, a library where both antique and modern texts inherent to the history of olive growing and oil extraction methods are conserved as well as replica models of oil mills from various eras.
